What sets our Premium Mini Blinds apart is the superior quality of the slats. While most competitors rely on thinner 6-gauge slats, we use robust 8-gauge slats, ensuring greater durability and resistance to bending or denting. A practical and stylish choice for any space!

Options

  • Blind Tilter Only: Suitable for sizes 7 to 12 inches.

  • Blind Must Have Split Controls: Ideal for sizes 12 to 18 inches.

  • Blind Can Have Controls in Any Position: Applicable for sizes 18 1/8 inches or more.

Specifications

Head Rail:

  • Standard Head Rail: Measures 1" high by 0.76". Constructed as a U-shaped channel, phosphate-coated, and finished with a vinyl primer along with polyester baked enamel.

  • Classic Head Rail: Measures 1" high by 1.5".

  • Integrated Head Rail: Dimensions are 1.52" wide by 1.08" high.

Bottom Rail: C-shaped rail, phosphate-coated, and finished with a vinyl primer and polyester baked enamel.

Slats:

  • Made from cold-rolled spring-tempered virgin aluminum, with a normal width of 1".

  • Thickness after paint: 0.008" for maximum strength and flexibility.

  • Finished with polyester baked enamel.

  • Optional thickness after paint: 0.006".

Tilter:

  • Worm gear design housed in an enclosed casing and secured with steel rivets to ensure durability and prevent separation.

  • Stem: Clear polycarbonate.

  • Gear: Polyacetal.

  • Housing: Clear polycarbonate pre-lubed for ease of use.

Tilt Wand: Constructed from plastic, approximately 5/16", fluted with grooves for a non-slip grip.

Cord Lock:

  • Secured to the head rail channel via steel pins to prevent dislodgement.

  • Body: Clear polycarbonate.

  • Floating gear and lock pins: Made from brass.

  • Designed to be crash-proof.

Valance:

  • Double slat with clips to mount to the 1" head rail.

  • No valance is required for the 1.5" head rail.

Tilt Drums: Made of polyacetal.

Drum Supports:

  • Made from polypropylene.

  • Steel cord pin included to reduce friction.

Ladders: Braided polyester, spaced no more than 0.865", arranged for complete slat support.

Tilt Rod: “D” shaped and galvanized to prevent corrosion.

Lift Cord: Braided polyester, long enough for easy control of raising and lowering the blind.

Installation Bracket:

  • Standard box bracket with hinged doors, made from cold-rolled steel.

  • Finished with polyester baked enamel to match blind color.

  • Hidden bracket available, zinc-plated to prevent corrosion.

Tassel: Compliant with all safety standards.

Fire Safety: Blind materials are tested according to NFPA 701 Fire Test 1 standards.
